The collaboration also adds another dimension to Baby S.O.N’s album. DoouShii is credited as a main artist on the recording, while Carter IV and Moholo appear as featured artists. The official album listing identifies Phelela Mathonsi as composer and Douchii as producer for the track.

As part of Heartbreak & Logdrums, “Nguwe” sits in the middle of a project that brings together numerous South African artists and producers. The album’s tracklist includes collaborations with names such as Nanette, Yumbs, Kabza De Small, Nvcho, Khalil Harrison, Ceeka RSA and Nathaniel.
