Baby S.O.N, Mr Maker & Yumbs Ft MusicHlonza – L.O.V.E. BACK

South African Amapiano artist Baby S.O.N joins forces with Mr Maker, Yumbs and MusicHlonza on “L.O.V.E. BACK,” a collaborative track featured on the 2026 album Heartbreak & Logdrums.

The song appears as track number 3 on the project, following the album’s opening title track and “Siza Wena.” It continues Baby S.O.N’s collaborative approach throughout the project, bringing together different artists and producers within a contemporary Amapiano setting.

“L.O.V.E. BACK” carries an emotional title that suggests the desire to regain affection, connection or feelings that may have been lost. This theme fits naturally within the broader emotional identity of Heartbreak & Logdrums, a project that combines relationship-focused ideas with Amapiano production.

The record brings together Baby S.O.N and Mr Maker with Yumbs and MusicHlonza. Yumbs is also credited with production, while Phelela Mathonsi and Mr Maker are listed among the songwriters.

The collaboration gives the track a layered vocal and production character, with each contributor adding to the overall sound. Yumbs’ involvement also creates continuity with other songs on the album, where he appears in both production and collaborative roles.

As the third track on Heartbreak & Logdrums, “L.O.V.E. BACK” helps establish the album’s early direction. Its placement after the opening tracks makes it one of the first records listeners encounter when exploring Baby S.O.N’s 2026 project.

For fans of contemporary South African Amapiano, “L.O.V.E. BACK” offers another collaborative moment from Baby S.O.N’s Heartbreak & Logdrums era, bringing together Baby S.O.N, Mr Maker, Yumbs and MusicHlonza on one record.
